With a fantastic amount of skill and warmth Olivia works thoroughly to capture as many moments throughout a wedding day as possible. I’ve been shooting weddings for approximately 6 years now and every wedding is a privilege to me, not just “another job”. I only take on a limited number of weddings per year so am able to offer 110% to them all. I get nervous, I cry, I laugh and I look back on the weddings I shoot with such enjoyment year after year. How lucky I am to get to experience this special day alongside my couples and create lifelong memories for them!! I get taken back to that special day all over again when re-looking at clients photos and so should you. I’ve also been there and planned my own wedding, had to choose a photographer so I know all about the pressures of planning this big day.
I’ve lived in the Southern Lakes between Wanaka, Queenstown and Glenorchy for 22 years so know the area inside and out.

Roy Schott Videography
I am a Freelance Videographer and Photographer based in Wanaka, New Zealand. As an specialist generalist i am comfortable working in all the areas of Production but am most comfortable behind the lens. For me it’s all about being creative and thinking outside the box with different projects. I have several years of experience as a gimble and drone operator and use a variety of different camera and lens combinations depending on the job and budget from RED’s to small mirroless systems like the panasonic GH5. I crafted my skiils in Pre and Post Production from Massey University where i gained a degree in Creative Media Production.

So what does having me as your wedding photographer mean for you?
You will feel comfortable with me & you will have guests asking if I am family friend. You will have my support, guidance & help. I’ll wrangle the family for you, make witty banter, have a bubbles with you, capture the small details & the big moments & even help get the dance floor started if needed to help you celebrate!
My approach will suit you if you want the emphasis on the experience, the people, real feelings, joy & love, without contriving or setting up anything fake or cheesy. The best bits are often spontaneous, in the in between & unguarded moments. I do take the all important portraits & family groups too though. I actually love them, realise how important they are & pay extra attention to detail with them.

Hey, my name is Puckey,
Seeking adventure & good times.
In my early 20’s I made my way to Central Otago, Wanaka. The lakes and mountains quickly became an integral part of my life. Exploring by foot and capturing via the lens I quickly developed a genuine love of videography inspired by the vast and never ending playground The Southern Alps, which is very much part of me today.
I draw inspiration off real and authentic moments, taking a candid and documentary style approach to filming. From there I transitioned to shooting weddings.
